 A course for all chocolate lovers....has been introduced from this academic year 2010 - 2011.
One can Learn how to make 10 different varieties of chocolates like basic molded, almond rocks, stuffed chocolates like nuts, candied peel, fondant filled,  praline, coffee cups, truffles, etc. in just 6 hours.
